The Village of Bonduel, population 1,484, is accepting applications for a Director of Municipal Operations. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, including Wisconsin Deferred Compensation, health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability coverages. This is a working Director position responsible for operation ofthe Village’s Municipal Operations Dept., including streets,
sidewalks, buildings and grounds, parks, water & sewer utilities, refuse collection & recycling, snow & ice removal, vehicle and equipment maintenance. Duties will also include budgeting, planning, staff supervision, working with Village engineers and project management. An ideal candidate for this
position will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a vision for the future, the ability to manage multiple projects, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills, both with coworkers and Village residents. Candidate must possess or obtain within 1year DNR water certification and Wisconsin CDL. Previous supervisory and administrative experience strongly preferred along with experience in full-time public works operation. A combination of experience and training will be considered. The candidate can expect weekends, on-call responsibilities and minimal after-hours work as required.
Salary is contingent upon qualifications and experience, with a range expected to be between $50,000-$60,000. Residency may apply at the discretion of the Village Board.
