Emergency Response Templates

The following templates are Microsoft Word documents. These documents contain macros. If you are prompted to enter a username and password you may cancel or close the warning box unless directed to do differently from you network administrator. To use the templates, right click on the link and save it to your computer hard drive. You can then open the document in a compatible word processing program and edit it for your system.
