Natural Resources Board Approves Hearings For Proposed Phosphorus Rule.  The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board unanimously approved public hearings on a proposed rule that would create a process for setting site-specific phosphorus standards on the state’s bodies of water.  https://www.wpr.org/natural-resources-board-approves-hearings-proposed-phosphorus-rule

GOP leaders criticize Tony Evers’ lead pipe replacement plan, saying too much money would go to Milwaukee.  Republican legislative leaders are raising concerns about a plan in Democratic Gov.
