Village of Pewaukee seeks a full-time General Laborer and building Maintenance employee in the Department of Public Works.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform custodial facility maintenance of Village buildings and grounds.  Primarily this position will maintain/clean all areas of Village buildings such as bathrooms, offices, and yard maintenance.  Maintenance may also include the operation of lawnmowers, assisting with snow removal operations, cemetery maintenance, miscellaneous public works operations, and other duties as assigned including responding to emergency call-ins under a variety of environmental conditions.  A complete position description can be viewed by visiting our website at www.villageofpewaukee.com/employment.

A high school diploma/GED and a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License are required with one to three years of related experience desired.

The current salary range is $39,077 – $52,754 which includes a competitive benefits package that includes short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, dental insurance, health insurance, and participation in the Wisconsin State Pension system.  The Village of Pewaukee is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
