This position will focus on accounts in the southern half of Wisconsin, with your day to day spent visiting customers to work on finding the best solutions to solve problems.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with wastewater systems and water systems through regular site visits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and decision makers
- Operate as lead point of contact for all matters specific to accounts
- Identify opportunities for pump sales in existing, replacement, and new systems
- Prepare and present recommendations and quotations for solutions
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Visit customer sites regularly, traveling within territory most weekdays
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and day trainings to represent company
- Prepare weekly reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Requirements
- Prior experience and relationships in water and/or wastewater industry preferred
- Must be able to professionally represent company at all times
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strongly motivated and able to work independently
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Clean driving record
Compensation
- Base salary + commission will be based on experience.
