Tom Fitzwilliams Bio

Tom Fitzwilliams is a wastewater Team Leader at MSA Professional Services, Inc. in Baraboo, WI.  In his 23 years in consulting, Tom has managed dozens of wastewater projects, ranging from planning and design to construction and operation.  Tom’s specialty lies in wastewater process optimization and operator training.  He has Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Wisconsin, and is an Advanced Wastewater Operator in Wisconsin.
