8:00 am – 9:00 am Hydrant Security Devices which prevent tampering with hydrants and their applications. And the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire hydrants.
9:00 am – 10:00 am Gate valves, how they operate and the importance of the preventative of each to ensure proper working condition. Brass products and their uses in the field, starting with corporation stops, curb stops, service fittings, meter valves, meter boxes, yokes and settings.
10:00 am – 11:00 am Butterfly valves and check valves and pipe repair couplings and their versatility, features and functions. Hymax repair products as well as Hydor-Guard automated flushing systems will be covered.
11:00 am – 12:00 pm Discussion on the safe installation of service saddles, tapping sleeves and stainless steel repair clamps. Identify the proper selection of these products and how they will work for you. Conclude with drilling and tapping machines.
