Midwest Contract Operations, Inc. (MCO) is seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our operations and maintenance team. Principal duties will include performing the preventative and corrective maintenance of pumps, control panels, valves, and mechanical equipment for varying treatment processes at the Neenah-Menasha Wastewater Treatment Facility located in Menasha, Wisconsin. Secondary duties will include assisting with treatment plant operations. Previous experience in equipment maintenance is required. Ideal candidates will possess a mechanical and electrical aptitude, basic math skills, the ability to multi-task, a knowledge of MS Word and Excel, the ability to work well with others, and feel comfortable communicating with other team members. This position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to stand for several hours at a time, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and to maintain clean and organized work areas. The candidate must be willing to use appropriate safety equipment when required. This is a full-time position with a work schedule during weekdays with some required weekend and on-call work.
