The purpose of the EPA Training/Technical Assistance Circuit Rider deliver on-site, “hands-on” operator training as well as develop and provide training materials & presentations which meet EPA and State continuing education requirements for certified operators, and to provide technical assistance to water systems in the state in all areas of utility operations and administration, especially focused on systems in greater need of assistance, including small water systems, tribally owned systems, and overburdened systems.
