The room will open at 7:30 AM with the class starting promptly at 8:00 am. The class will end at 3:00 pm.

8:00 am – 8:30 am: General Overview of Water and Wastewater Facilities
8:30 am – 10:30 am: Plant Maintenance
10:30 am – 11:30 am: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
11:30 am – 12:00 pm: Understanding Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Manuals
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch (on your own)
1:00 pm – 1:30 pm: Equipment and Material Availability
1:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Operator Roles and Responsibilities
2:00 pm – 2:45 pm: Case Studies
2:45 pm – 3:00 pm: Open Discussion and Questions
