The room will open at 7:30 AM with the class starting promptly at 8:00 am. The class will end at 3:00 pm.

8:00 am – 11:00 am: PFAS compounds, pharmaceuticals, and other emerging contaminants in water and wastewater.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm:  Lunch (on your own)

12:00 pm – 1:30 pm: Tales from the Road Part 1 – an interactive look at problems faced and solutions found at rural wastewater systems. Case studies include tricks for mitigating solids washout, activated sludge troubleshooting, and things to look for with new construction.

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Tales from the Road Part 2 – case studies include recirculating sand filter maintenance, duckweed removal, and biosolids drying.
