9:00 – 12:00  Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security: Best Practices & Resources Overview and mission of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, protecting critical infrastructure, protecting remote operating systems, protecting confidential information, communicating emergencies to stakeholders, de-escalation techniques for dealing with disgruntled utility customers, signage options for restricted areas, cyber resiliency, resources available to the public from CISA.
