Village of Dousman is seeking an energetic, experienced and seasoned individual to serve as Superintendent/Director of Public Works, Water and Wastewater Utilities in this full-service municipality. The Superintendent is responsible for managing day to day departmental operations, which includes: operation, management and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and its collection system; the operation, management and maintenance of the Water Utility; employee management; program development; overseeing worksites; fleet services; traffic maintenance functions; safety and training programs; implementing policy; working with the public; evaluating Village services; maintains departmental productivity; snow removal. Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.
